Boise's golden girl, Kristin Armstrong, had one of the most emotional rides of her life at last year's Rio Olympics and brought home her third gold medal in the women's time trial! Now you have the chance to ride alongside her at the Twilight Criterium!

The Twilight Criterium is celebrating it's 31st anniversary in the Treasure Valley this Saturday, July 15th!  It brings over 20,000 spectators to the heart of Downtown Boise to see the amateur and pro cyclists from around the world pedal for cash prizes and bragging rights!

The entire world got to experience some very special moments between Kristin Armstrong and her son Lucas after her win in Rio. Between the compassion for her little guy and her involvement in St. Luke's FitOne (which benefits the St. Luke's Children's Hospital,) you know that she loves being around kids.  That's why she's hosting a FREE kids ride before the Twilight Criterium races begin!  She'll host an autograph session with the kiddos at 12:00 PM before the ride that takes the kids from in front of The Capitol, down 6th Street, across Bannock and back to Capitol via Jefferson. The kid's ride starts at 1 PM. For details on how to register your kiddo click HERE.

Twilight Criterium Adds Special Meet and Greet with Pro Cyclists

We went to the Twilight Criterium for the first time last year.  The event and great local craft beer goes hand in hand (honestly, the Expo was almost like a mini beer fest) so it's no surprise that the organizers planned the new VIP Meet & Greet event for Payette Brewing Company.  Pros from Cyclance Cycling, United Healthcare Pro Cycling and amatures from Team CLIF Bar Cycling will be at the brewery to meet fans on Friday, July 14th from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. The event is FREE and open to the public!
