Boise's boys of summer, the Boise Hawks host the Spokane Indians tonight and then leave down until August 31st when they come home to play their final three games of the season.

Every year at this time the Hawks are subject to a two week road trip to make room for parking at the Western Idaho State Fair.

Monday night the Hawks dropped a 6-5 decision to Spokane, never recovering from the Indians five run first inning and falling to 8-10 on the second half of the season which is quickly running out.

The Hawks will host Spokane tonight, August 13th and then head to Hillsboro to open an arduous two week road swing which will basically end the season.

Boise returns to Memorial Stadium August 31st to close the season with a three game home series against Hillsboro.

No playoffs for the Hawks this season who are currently last in the South Division of the NW League, so if you haven't caught a game this year you have four home games remaining, tonight and then August 31st and September 1st and 2nd.
