BK Hopes to Slow Down Columbia’s Allamar Alexander
After two weeks of the high school football season one name stands out and it's running back Allamar Alexander of Columbia.
Who is this guy? Two games and he's already scored 12 touchdowns and rushed for nearly 600 yards. Alexander had led Columbia to a 2-0 record in this their first season dropping from 5A to 4A.
Alexander and Columbia ran all over Emmett and Caldwell and while both those teams were predicted struggle in 4A it's hard top believe anyone can score 12 touchdowns in two games so long as there are 11 defenders on the field.
Tonight Columbia will host the cream of the crop in 4A as the Bishop Kelly Knights roll into Nampa. It might be a rude awakening for the Wildcats or it may be a defining moment!
Bishop Kelly is also 2-0 and ranked second in the state.
As for Columbia, they're on cloud nine right now averaging 61 points per game, that's right, 61 points per game!
The Bishop Kelly defense may not know what to expect from Alexander tonight but they'll know where he is every play! Catching him might be another story!
