Homegrown: Boise State’s Roster This Season Includes 16 Local Players

Some faces familiar to Idaho are gearing up to take the blue turf this upcoming football season for Boise State. There's more than a handful of homegrown talent who will be showcasing their skills at Albertson Stadium. 16 out of the Bronco's 107 man roster are from Idaho, most of which are local to the Treasure Valley.

Five Broncos hail from Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian which has the most alumni on the squad. Two former Grizzlies, Jordan Erickson and Ty Tanner are both freshman walk-ons this year. Timberline High School is the second most represented Idaho high school with three players in Dylan Herberg, Andy Peters, and Connor Riddle.
