So did Boise State really sign a quarterback to it's 2020 recruiting class?

Bronco head coach Bryan Harsin feels comfortable the Dallas high school product will suit up as a Bronco despite the fact Cade Fennegan signed a financial aid agreement rather than a more binding letter of intent.

Problem is, Fennegan is completing a two year LDS mission in Argentina making communications difficult and then there is the University of Southern California.

USC has come in with a late scholarship offer and according to Cade's father Garth says no final decision has been made on coming to Boise State or flipping to the Trojans.

Fennegan was one of five players the Broncos announced as joining the 2020 recruiting class, now at 20 in all and ranked 1st in the Mountain West and as high as 65th nationally.

As a senior at Woodrow Wilson High in Dallas Fennegan threw for 29 touchdowns and nearly 2,000 yards. Overall his prep career statistics are 94 touchdowns and 6,454 yards.

As it stands right now Boise State has 5 scholarships available and Harsin said yesterday in a press conference BSU will look for another quarterback in addition to Fennegan.
