Monster Trucks Defy Mother Nature

Great weather or bad weather monster trucks just don't care!

The Malicious Monster Truck Tour was at Meridian Speedway over the weekend and when the rain moved in Saturday night the monster trucks dug in.

Usually a few drops of rain is all it takes to stop a car race but the monster trucks werein their element and never missed a beat.

Quite frankly with the monster trucks proving the show must go on other racing did so as well. Even on a wet quarter mile oval it was a fun weekend.

Coming up this week there'll be some dirt drag racing as Meridian speedway continues to offer a full menu of racing action.
