If you have Ring doorbell camera, you're already in the pool of people who could wind up a million dollars richer this October.

Watch your cameras!

Ring is looking for proof of extraterrestrials and/or UFO/UAPs and is willing to pay a pretty penny for that "proof." According to USA Today's excerpt from a press release from Ring's website (which, at the time of this writing, has a technical error); it sounds like any "proof" could be submitted.:

Whether it’s a video of an Extraterrestrial walking (or flying?) up your driveway and asking for directions or an unidentifiable lifeform exhibiting unusual and extraordinary behavior in your backyard—submit your best footage!

There's even a dedicated website called RingMillionDollarSighting.com but like Ring's official website for the event, there is an error with a "coming soon" message.

According to USA Today, the contest ends on November 3rd and if you don't win the million dollars for your footage, you still have a shot at a $500 Amazon gift card.

It's a cool idea but as we learned more about the contest, you don't actually have to have real proof. Now, we get that concrete proof is difficult to come by and the likelihood that anyone will catch anything legit is slim to none unless you're really lucky.

But still - wouldn't it be awesome to know that the winning footage is real?

Stranger things have happened...

Just recently, we shared a doorbell camera that could likely be a candidate for the million dollars. In it, we see what the internet believes to be the real-life "Men in Black" along with a UFO/UAP hovering in the background.

No one can make sense of the video and neither could we... and it's legit.

What do you think?

Too bad Ring isn't taking regular submissions! We actually caught a photo of what appears to be a UFO over Boise Towne Square Mall...
