The genre of "true crime" is more popular than ever. While it's understandable why everyone loves a good mystery, it's easy to forget just how horrific these crimes are.

Unsolved murders are the most horrifying

It's one thing for authorities to have a suspect in custody who has yet to be proven guilty... and it's a whole other thing to have no one in custody. It gets even darker when you realize that there might not even be any suspects.

This suspect could be anyone and be anywhere; if you're like some of us, that's when the mind goes wild:

Where did the suspect go? Are they going about their daily activities like nothing happened? Do I work with this person?

It can be horrifying to imagine and while we don't want to plant negative thoughts in your mind, the unsolved case we're about to explore is horrifying and might do that on its own.

Some say that this case might even be more horrifying than the case of Jeffrey Dahmer which was the subject of an entire Netflix series.

Is it time we get a series for the crime we're about to dive into? Or is it just too scary for us to think about?

What do you think really happened?

One Of Idaho's Most Horrific Crimes Ever Remains Unsolved

In 1979, 12-year-old Christina Lee White went missing in Asotin, Washington, and hasn’t been seen since. It was this disappearance that marked the beginning of what is known as the “Lewis Clark Valley murders” that plagued parts of Washington and Idaho from 1979 to 1982.

Speaking of murders and Netflix, we came across a few Idaho murders that may very well warrant a documentary. While sure, it can be done on Peacock, Max, or even Prime (with the new ads and all), no one does them quite like Netflix.

Would you watch a doc on any of these Idaho murders?
