Boise State Football Signing Day
The Boise State football coaching staff is doing double duty today as they prepare for Saturdays Las Vegas Bowl against Washington and hopefully put a bow on their recruiting efforts by today signing all the players who have verbally committed and those who waited until today to make their decisions.inged commitments started coming in early this morning for the broncs and by days end BSU hopes to have at least 20 players inked for the 2020 recruiting class which again is being ranked the top class in the Mountain West.
Russell Corrigan a 6-4 230 pound TE from Hutchinson High School in Minnesota was the first to sign followed closely by Texas high school wide receiver Latrell Caples.
We'll have a complete list later today.
All this going on even as the Broncos held a morning practice at Rebel park, the practice field for UNLV football. Tonight both teams will be on hand for a Team Welcome Reception.
Tuesday night the two coaches, Chris Petersen of Washington and BSU's Bryan Harsin held a joint press conference. Harsin telling the media that Jaylen Henderson will again start at quarterback but to expect to see Hank Bachmeier and Chase Cord in the game at some point.
Washington remains a three and a half point favorite despite the Broncos past Las Vegas Bowl success. Boise State is 4-0 with wins over Oregon, Utah, Arizona State and Washington.
