Vandal’s Drop League Opener

The Idaho Vandals fell to Georgia Southern who used its big-plays in the second half to beat the Idaho Vandals, 44-20, in the Sun Belt Conference opener for both teams.
Idaho receiver Dezmon Epps went over the 100-yard mark for the third time in 3 games with eight catches for 165 yards . Matt Linehan threw for 284 on a 20-of-35 passing, but it wasn't enough to slow down the defending league champs.
