Does this dashcam footage prove that Boise is becoming one of the most dangerous places in America for drivers?

A teenage girl was behind the wheel when her car veered onto a sidewalk and hit two women and a dog Sunday in Southeast Boise and the dog was killed, and now the teen driver might be facing criminal charges.

Unfortunately the pilot didn't survive the crash but thankfully no one was home when the plane crashed through the roof of this two story Utah home just 15 miles from the Idaho boarder.
