Boise State running back Jeremy McNichols will take center stage tonight as he plays in his final game as a Bronco. McNichols has announced he will enter the NFL draft and forego his senior season. Unlike other players in bowl games with NFL draft hopes, McNichols said he never gave any thought to not playing in Boise States Bowl game against Baylor saying he would never be that selfish.

The Broncos went 10-2 in 2016 and while that is a great record the team feels it left some unfinished business on the field by not winning the Mountain West title and qualifying for a New Years Six Bowl namely the Cotton Bowl.  Boise State can notch it's 11th win of the season tonight and by so doing tie Ohio State for the most 11 win seasons since 2002. I win also means this will be the 15th straight senior class to have won 40 games during their careers. McNichols may be headed to the next level but not before helping his teammates achieve some special milestones. Kickoff is set for 8:15 Mountain Time.
