Local Business Man Fights to Sell CBD Oils in Idaho
A local business wants to sell CBD Oils in Idaho. He says his oils do not contain THC. State law prevents such oils from being sold in Idaho. Michael Larson wants to build his business in Garden City, reports the Idaho Statesman. The application process was halted when city officials denied his request. Idaho State law prohibits the sale of Marijuana. Other Western State have legalized the drug, but not Idaho.
Larson's attorney, in a phone interview with the AP or the Statesman, says that other cities in Idaho are selling the CBD Oils. Garden City wants an independent test to determine whether THCs are present in Larson's oils.
This situation could be resolved if the legislature renews it's debate on legalizing pot and CBD oils.
