Popular Boise ‘Seasonal Bar’ Announces Closing Weekend

October is basically here, and one by one we have been saying goodbye to all of our favorite seasonal Spring and Summer activities. We love the fall in Boise but it's going to be sad without some of the best parts of Summer sticking around. That being said, a summer favorite 'seasonal bar' is set to close for the season this weekend.

The Yardarm

The Yardarm is a seasonal bar in Boise that only opens when it's warm. It's located right off of the Boise greenbelt and is the perfect place to go with friends or family when it is a sunny day in Boise.

Where is Yardarm?

Yardarm is located  right off of the Boise Greenbelt and the Boise River in Garden City. It is right next to White Water Park where Idahoans love to gather to use the surfing feature of the Boise River.

What is at Yardarm

Yardarm is a 21+ bar that offers both drinks and food. You can go get drinks, food, or both but you do have to be 21 to enter the bar.

Yardarm is a local Boise favorite that brings the beach to Boise and if you have never been then you have one more weekend to check it out before they close for the fall and winter.

The Yardarm's 'Kill The Kegs' Closing Event

The Yardarm will be officially closing this weekend and they always close in style with their Kill The Kegs event. Their Kill The Kegs event will consist of exactly what it sounds like... killing all the kegs before the season ends. Saturday, October 3 is officially the last day Yardarm is open so take advantage!
