Boise State Women Sign Spanish MVP

Boise State women's basketball coach Gordy Presnell has signed another player from Spain and she's an MVP on Spain's Junior National team.

Sofia Galeron stands 6-2 and Presnell expects she will have an immediate impact. Galeron is the third player Presnell has signed from Spain in the last 5 years. Yaiza Rodriguez is an outgoing senior while Marta Herminda will be a junior next year.

As for Galeron, she was the MVP of Spain's U-17 FIBA World Championship team that finished 6th. Presnell's scouting report on Galeron is simple, she can score and has a tremendous upside to her game.

Galeron is the third player recruited by Presnell for next years team joining Tess Amundsen and Hailey Vice-Neat both of California.
