Boise Hawks in a Spokane Free Fall
It wasn't a good weekend for the Boise Hawks in Spokane and for the Hawks the weekend extends into tonight.
Boise lost 9-1 to the Indians Sunday night after also losing the first two games of the series against the Indians Friday and Saturday. Game four of the series is tonight.
Count the three losses to Spokane and the Hawks are now riding a four game losing skid.
Good news, Boise returns home following tonight's game to open a six game home stand starting Tuesday against Eugene. The Emeralds are 6-4, in fact every other team in the South Division of the NW League is 6-4 except the 3-7 Hawks.
Salem-Keizer who will be in town starting Friday is 6-4 as are the Hillsboro Hops.
