Idaho School’s Napoleon Dynamite Parody Goes Viral [Video]

School is ALMOST back in session--if you can believe that. What has felt like a fun and eventful summer is somehow, already, coming to an end.

Despite the fact that temperatures are remaining high through this week, we're about to start seeing big yellow school busses on the streets once again and kids on their way to class!

While there's nothing fun about back to school (at least not for the kids), one local school district put together quite the video for students and families. It gets no more Idaho than this, which has now reached well over 100,000 views on Facebook alone!

There is no denying that true Idahoans are going to OBSESS over the fine work posted by Vallivue School District!

If you've never seen the movie Napoleon Dynamite, it's an Idaho classic that really leaned into the 'small town' Idaho vibes. It follows the life of Napoleon, a geeky and strange high schooler that navigates his way through typical high school things in a VERY stereotypical Idaho setting.

It's pretty awesome to see that the folks at Vallivue School District are putting so much fun and effort into ramping up into a new school year. We're thankful for our local educators, especially in Caldwell!
