The Ford Idaho Center was absolutely PACKED on Monday night as former presidential candidate and current Senator for Vermont, Bernie Sanders, addressed a major crowd.

The announcement came just under a week ago--Bernie Sanders, joined by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, would be coming to the Ford Idaho Center in Nampa for a rally. The two have been traveling the greater United States over the past few months since Donald Trump took office as President.

Titled 'Fighting Oligarchy: Where We Go From Here', Bernie Sanders' tour has stopped in all of the usual major cities-- but Idaho? That was not on our bingo card for the duo that campaigns against Donald Trump--the man who won Idaho by a landslide in all three of the last three elections.

After his rally-- Bernie spent the night in Boise where he woke up and took a stroll around downtown, as documented by one of his advisors:

It appears that one lucky Boise resident was able to get a photo with Bernie!

The photo was taken across the street from Barbarian Brewing, on the corner of Main Street and 11th Street in the heart of Downtown Boise.

Funny enough, the man who got his photo with Bernie was carrying a Johnny Cash vinyl-- 'Live at Folsom Prison' -- and as it turns out, Folsom is exactly where Bernie is headed after his time in Boise.
