It looks amazing, right? Bigger screen, more storage, a better kickstand, magnetic joycons. It's got it all.

That is, until you take a peek at how much games are going to cost you when the Nintendo Switch 2 drops this summer.

That's right. Some new Nintendo Switch 2 games will cost up to $80 dollars at launch. We don't know about you, but 2025 hasn't exactly been budget-friendly to the ol' wallet. Between a $450 dollar console, and games that cost up to $80, will anybody in Idaho even be able to play Nintendo's new console and games?

The worst part, a lot of that financial pressure is put on parents because you know kids are going to be begging for a Switch 2 and Mario Kart World for Christmas this holiday season.
