Hearing Set for Idaho Murder Suspect Ahead of Alleged Plea Change
Bryan Kohberger, the man in custody for allegedly killing four University of Idaho students, could be a convicted murderer in just a matter of hours.
After we broke the news on Monday, June 30th, that sources were confirming a plea deal had been reached with Prosecution and Bryan Kohberger--it now appears that those reports were indeed correct.
Now, with a trial date set just last week for August 18th of this year, the trial that would have had national and global media flocking to Boise might just be called off.
Just over a month ago, a Dateline special unveiled new details in the case that even those following every document had never seen or heard of before:

Many believe that these new details may have been what turned the case on its side
As these new details emerged, it became more and more clear: the defense was going to need a miracle to separate Kohberger from the case. Let's not forget, Kohberger's DNA was indeed found on the knife sheath left at the scene of the crime.
In an alleged plea deal that would spare Kohberger from facing the death penalty, reports say that he will be changing his plea to GUILTY -- WITHOUT the option for parole or appeal.
So what's next? Reports claimed that a hearing would be coming on Wednesday morning and as of this morning, July 1st, a hearing was set up for Wednesday morning: July 2nd, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

It’s true! We are beyond furious at the State of Idaho. They have failed us. Please give us some time. This was very unexpected. We appreciate all your love and support.
You may remember that over a year ago, this video was one of the first to 'leak' -- the video showed a white Hyundai Elantra--just like Kohbergers:
