Here’s Why We Need To Thank God For Our Boise Firefighters

As we embark on our journey into 2023, many of us have set resolutions to improve while a lot of us are just happy to have a new year with a clean slate. With so much focus on the things we're happy to leave behind, there are a lot of things we should be thankful for and quite frankly, things that we take for granted.

Boise Fire Department's 2022 Report

The Boise Fire Department recently shared a breakdown of their 2022 statistics on social media and to say that it's amazing is truly an understatement. I'll be honest with you - I often forget that our firefighters protect us from a lot more than just fires. They serve the community in various ways that include assisting with fire alarms, non-fire-related incidents, and even hazmat situations that could be extremely dangerous.

Let's look at just how badass our Boise firefighters are and how much booty they kicked in 2022...

It's almost exhausting seeing some of the numbers when they're broken down by the week or even the month. Our firefighters work hard and it's important we thank them when we can. Shoot, you can't forget about the gift they gave the community when they released their steamy and dare I say blazing 2023 calendar.

Okay, well... I know what I need to aspire for in my new year resolution but I don't know if I could pull off the diet. I feel like none of those firefighters above haven't had a carbohydrate in like 10 years.
