2025... what a time to be alive, huh? Sure, we don't have flying cars or the ability to teleport from place to place - that we know about, at least. But we still have some amazing things going for us that make life easier.

For some people, it's using AI to assist with event planning. For others, it's utilizing medical science's advances to lose weight with drugs like Ozempic.

FDA Issues Warning For Idaho Ozempic Users

Ozempic has been a groundbreaking solution for people who want to trim down. However, the Food & Drug Administration recently issued a warning for Ozempic users, and it's quite terrifying.

"FDA was notified by Novo Nordisk on April 3, 2025, that several hundred units of counterfeit Ozempic (semaglutide) injection 1mg were in the U.S. drug supply chain," the FDA said on its site.

But don't worry! The FDA says they were able to track down and seize the counterfeit Ozempic.

"The counterfeit products were distributed outside the Novo Nordisk authorized supply chain in the U.S. FDA seized the identified counterfeit products on April 9, 2025."

The FDA Says More Fake Ozempic Could Be Out There

This shouldn't surprise anyone, but the FDA is warning that some of the counterfeit drugs could still be out there.

The company behind the drug, Novo Nordisk, advises that people can spot the counterfeit drug if it has the lot number "PAR0362" and the serial number begins with the first eight digits "51746517."

It's important to note that the counterfeit drug has both of those because the lot number "PAR0362" is okay when paired with a legit serial number.
